胡培翬（1782年 - 1849年），字载屏，号竹村，安徽绩溪人，清朝官员。胡秉钦之子。祖父胡匡衷，从父胡秉虔，皆以治《仪礼》闻名，于经义多所发明。培翬少承家学，师从淩廷堪，博通经术，尤精于《三礼》，初著《燕寝考》三卷，王引之见而喜之。胡匡衷、胡秉虔、胡培翬祖孙三人合称「清季绩溪礼学三胡」。
嘉庆二十四年（1819年）进士，官至内阁中书、户部广东司主事。居官勤勉，人称其「治官如治经，一字不肯放过」，「抉隐指弊，胥吏咸惮之」。与郝懿行、胡承珙友好，郝懿行、胡承珙遗书，皆赖培翬次第付梓。道光二十九年（1849年）卒。著有《燕寝考》二卷、《仪礼正义》四十卷、《研六室文钞》十卷。
