陈本礼（1739年 - 1818年），字嘉会，号素村，自号邗江逸叟，别号耕心野老。清江都（今江苏省江都县）人。乾隆四年（1739年）生，有子陈逢衡。父子并好诗文，治经史，勤于考订。家中多藏书，曾在广陵南郊甪里村筑「瓠室」为私人藏书楼，藏书十万馀卷，与玲珑山馆马曰管、马曰璐兄弟，以及石研斋秦恩复齐名。嘉庆辛未（1811年）开始笺注《楚辞》，一年之中稿凡五易，次年刊成《屈辞精义》六卷。嘉庆二十三年（1818年）去世，享年八十岁。著有《屈辞精义》、《汉乐府三歌注》、《协律钩元》、《急就探奇》，集成《瓠室四种》。又著有《焦氏易林考正》、《扬雄太元灵曜》等。
