陈大文（1742年 - ），字简亭，河南杞县人，原籍浙江会稽，清朝官员。他是乾隆三十七年（1772年）进士，初授吏部主事。四十八年（1783年）任广西南宁知府，后擢升为云南迤东道。历任贵州按察使、安徽按察使及江宁布政使，皆有政声。他为父亲服丧期满后任广东布政使，嘉庆二年（1797年）擢升为巡抚，不久兼署总督。嘉庆四年（1799年）调为山东巡抚，五年因母亲逝世而离任，六年署任直隶总督。
他后来因病请求回京任官，历署吏部侍郎、工部尚书。嘉庆八年（1803年），出任两江总督，次年召授左都御史，尚未到京又擢为兵部尚书。大文在赴京途中患病，仁宗诏遣侍卫带医师到他那里，可是久医仍未愈，赐尚书衔给他回籍。后来大文被发现在直隶为官时有过失，部议革职，皇帝诏俟他病愈后以四品京堂用，不过他一直没有复出。嘉庆二十年（1815年）在家中去世。
