刘承胤（？ - 1648年），字定一，应天府上元县人，南明军事人物。武夫出身，常使用铁棍，人称「刘铁棍」。早年守卫显陵有功，任黎靖参将。崇祯十六年镇压袁有志起义，救出岷王朱企𨰘之子，以功升副总兵。弘光时，授总兵官，镇守武冈，从此拥兵自重。顺治四年（1647年）二月十五日，永历帝逃奔全州，投靠刘承胤。四月十五日，朱由榔入湖南武冈州，承胤以功进封武冈侯。五月，又改武冈州为奉天府，封承胤为安国公，「政事皆决于承胤矣」。承胤还营建私邸，「画阁丹梯，隐房曲间，备极俨雅」。不久孔有德部进攻武冈，刘承胤命部将陈友龙等迎战于石羊渡，陈友龙败还，刘承胤降清，永历帝出奔靖州。不久陈友龙反清，杀刘承胤。
