(1682–1762), or Cai Wen in Chinese, also known as , was a scholar-bureaucrat official of the Ryūkyū Kingdom, serving as regent, instructor, and advisor to King Shō Kei. He is renowned for the many reforms he initiated and oversaw, and is among the most famous figures in Okinawan history. He edited Chūzan Seifu, a rewrite of Chūzan Seikan by his father Sai Taku.

蔡温(;1682年10月25日 - 1762年),是琉球国第二尚氏王朝时期著名的政治家和儒者。和名具志头亲方文若(),童名真蒲户,号鲁齐。蔡温于1728年至1752年曾出任琉球的三司官,在职期间,曾对琉球的山川进行疏导,并制定了保护山林的一系列政策,以及鼓励发展农业、手工业的方针,使琉球王府的财政收入大为提高。他还制定了《位阶定》,对琉球的政治制度和位阶制度进行改革。他被冲绳学学者伊波普猷列为琉球五伟人之一,至今仍受琉球人尊崇。
