李鼎祚，生卒年不详。资州磐石（今属四川资中县）人。唐代经学家。约生于唐朝中后期，曾读书天州东四明山，历唐玄宗、肃宗、代宗三代。仕唐为秘阁学士，以经术称于时。官至左拾遗、秘书省著作郎、殿中侍御史。唐玄宗幸蜀，献《平胡论》以讨安禄山，召守左拾遗。肃宗乾元元年，又上奏在泸、晋、渝、合、资、荣等六州界险要之地置昌州。著有《辖珠明镜式经》、《周易集解》，代宗登位后，献《周易集解》，为秘书省著作郎，仕至殿中侍御史，死后「资州人士为立四贤堂，绘其像以祀之」。
