朱观（? - ?），宋朝军事人物。曾参与好水川之战。偏裨将校出身。官至高阳关钤辖。康定二年（1041年）二月，西夏李元昊率十万军南下攻宋，好水川之战一触即发，韩琦派环庆副都署任福率军出击。朱观屯兵笼洛川（隆德观堡乡），与任福相约次日会兵川口，合击夏军。十四日，任福、桑怿引军循川西行，不料中伏。朱观至姚家川（什字路河口）时，亦陷入夏军重围中。任福、耿傅、渭州都监赵津等相继战死。朱观率兵千馀人退至姚家堡高墙内，向四面射箭抵抗，后被泾源部署王仲宝救出。
