贾黯（1022年 - 1065年），字直孺，邓州穰县（今河南邓州）人。北宋庆历六年（1046年）丙戌科状元，授将作监丞，通判襄州。迁为著作佐郎，值集贤院，历官左正言、开封知府、中书舍人、给事中、御史丞等职，与范仲淹友好，谒范仲淹说：「某晚生，偶得科第，愿受教。」后卷入濮议之争，临死前留遗书，请宋英宗称其亲生父为伯父。欧阳修曾说：「黯为人刚直，但思虑或有不至耳。」
