杨暄（？ - 526年），字宣和，弘农华阴（治今陕西华阴）人，隋朝越国公杨素的祖父。杨暄官至谏议大夫，北魏孝明帝孝昌二年（526年），以别将跟从广阳王元渊征讨葛荣，兵败被杀。赠殿中尚书、华州刺史、临贞忠公。
