王居安（? - ?），字简卿、资道，号方岩。原籍方岩（今属温岭）。早年定居黄岩县城岩魁坊（今郏家巷）。南宋淳熙十四年（1187）进士，一甲三名。任徽州推官，迁江东提刑司干官。嘉泰二年（1202），司农寺丞。开禧三年（1207），官秘书丞、著作郎，兼国史院编修官、实录院检讨官，迁著作郎。韩侂胄被诛，擢右司谏。因敢言罢官，闲居十一年。《宋史》称「扫除群邪，以匡王国，其志壮哉」。嘉定十五年（1222），出知温州。理宗宝庆元年（1225年）知福州。以龙图阁直学士致仕。王居安墓在大溪西贡。今花园坦即故居花园旧址。有《方岩集》，已佚。
