《万姓统谱》140卷，另附《历代帝王姓系统谱》6卷和《氏族博考》14卷，亦称《古今万姓统谱》。明代万历年间凌迪知撰，内容以韵为纲，以姓为目，计收姓氏约3700个，每姓下先注郡望和五音，并考出姓氏所出，而后依时代先后，分列各姓下知名人物及其生平事迹，同时具谱牒与传记之用。《四库全书提要》评云虽不免有庞杂抵牾之处，然网罗丰富，故世间颇为通行。台湾新兴书局有影印明万历本，上海古籍出版社亦于1994年重刊，列为四部类书丛刊之一。
