Xie Hui (谢晦) (390–426), courtesy name Xuanming (宣明), was a high-level general of the Chinese dynasty Liu Song, who, along with his colleagues Xu Xianzhi and Fu Liang, deposed Emperor Shao after the death of Emperor Wu (Liu Yu) due to their belief that Emperor Shao was not fit to be emperor. When Emperor Shao's brother Emperor Wen subsequently killed Xu and Fu, Xie started a rebellion, but was defeated and killed.

谢晦(390年 - 426年),字宣明,陈郡阳夏人。出身陈郡谢氏士族,是东晋太保谢安兄谢据的曾孙。谢晦是东晋末年及南朝宋初年的重要官员,后更担任宋少帝刘义符的四位顾命大臣之一。谢晦后联同徐羡之傅亮废黜了宋少帝,迎立了宋文帝,并外调为荆州刺史,但不久宋文帝就下诏诛杀徐羡之及傅亮,并出兵讨伐谢晦。最终谢晦兵败被擒,并被处死。
