Duke Kang of Qi (齐康公 Qí Kāng Gōng; died 379 BC) was from 404 to 386 BC the titular ruler of the State of Qi during the early Warring States period of ancient China. His personal name was Lü Dai (吕贷), ancestral name Jiang (姜), and Duke Kang was his posthumous title. 齐康公（？ - 前379年），姜姓，名贷。最后一任姜齐国君，在位时淫于酒色，以田完的后代田和为相，后田氏代齐。周威烈王廿三年（前404年），三晋赵氏、魏氏、韩氏伐齐至长城，俘虏齐康公，朝见周天子，请求册封为诸侯。
周安王十一年（前391年），齐康公被田和放逐于临海的海岛上，「食一城，以奉其先祀」，后来唯一的食邑也被收回，康公只好在钭坡上挖洞为灶；而田和自立为齐君，是为田齐太公。
周安王十六年（前386年），周天子任命田和为诸侯。
周安王二十三年（前379年），齐康公死，隔年田和之孙齐威王出生。
现今山东省烟台芝罘岛老爷顶有康公墓。
