刘钦（前1世纪 - 3年），南阳郡蔡阳（今湖北省枣阳市西南）人，是汉朝宗室，汉景帝的儿子长沙定王刘发的玄孙，汉光武帝刘秀的父亲。在西汉末年担任南顿（今河南项城）县令，娶樊重之女樊娴都，生刘演、刘仲、刘秀。公元3年刘钦去世，当时刘秀才九岁，被叔父刘良抚养。

建武二年（26年），刘秀将祖父刘回、父刘钦葬昌陵墓，后墓改名章陵。
