| Posted by: zero2009 (泽萝) | 太公曰：「将冬不服裘，夏不操扇，雨不张盖，名曰礼将。将不身服礼，无以知士卒之寒暑。出隘塞，犯泥涂，将必先下步，名曰力将。将不身服力，无以知士卒之劳苦。军皆定次，将乃就舍；炊者皆熟，将乃就食；军不举火，将亦不举，名曰止欲将。将不身服止欲，无以知士卒之饥饱。将与士卒共寒暑、劳苦、饥饱，故三军之众，闻鼓声则喜，闻金声则怒。高城深池，矢石繁下，士争先登；白刃始合，士争先赴。士非好死而乐伤也，为其将知寒暑、饥饱之审，而见劳苦之明也。」 |
