晉東瀛公騰，字元邁，以永嘉元年鎮鄴。時大雪，當其門前方十數步，獨液不積。騰怪而掘之，得玉馬，高尺許，齒皆缺。騰以為馬者國姓。稱吉祥焉。或謂馬無齒則不食。未幾，晉大亂。出《異苑》
