139  | 注解：□麦也。周礼：笾实有麷。大郑云：□麦曰麷。后郑云：今河闲以北煑穜麦卖之名曰逢。后郑谓逢卽麷之遗语也。穜，释文直龙反，是穜稑之穜。程氏瑶田曰：□煑葢通偁。□，乾煎也。荀□子：午其军，取其将，若拨麷。葢麦乾煎则质轻，拨去之甚易，故以为易之况。今南方蒸稬米为饭，曝乾煼之，呼为米蓬，与郑云逢者合。笾食皆乾物，饵糍亦必以粉坌之。然则煑麦非麦粥也。今人通呼乾煎为煼。说文：鬻，□也。从麦丰声，读若冯。冯从马仌声。汉时冯姓之冯，葢已读如今音矣。敷戎切。九部。 |
