34  | 齐涽王既取燕灭未遂伐赵侵魏南恶楚西绝蠢交示威诸侯以求为帝平原君问于鲁仲连曰齐其成乎鲁仲连笑曰成哉臣窃悲其为象虎也平原君曰何谓也鲁仲连曰臣闻楚人有患狐者多方以捕之弗获或教之曰虎山兽之雄也天下之兽见之咸讋而亡其神伏而俟命乃使作象虎取虎皮蒙之出于牗下狐入遇焉啼而踣他日豕暴于其田乃使伏象虎而使其子以戈绮诸衢田者呼豕逸于莽遇象虎而反奔衢获焉楚人大喜以象虎为可以皆服天下之兽矣于是野有如马被象虎以趋之人或止之曰是驳也直虎且不能当往且败弗听马雷呴而剘攫而噬之颅磔而死今齐实象虎而燕与宋狐与豕也弗戒诸俟其无驳乎明年望诸君以诸侯之师入齐涽王为淖齿所杀 |
