9  | 丁亥，新权发遣永兴军等路常平等事李孝博言：「秦熈州自置市易，乃提举官汲逢専领，从初措置，絶无统纪，今本务欠钱十二万馀缗，无主名，已送所司推治，及闻逢母与母族，亦尝贷借，不容逢有不知」。兼元驱磨官杨清卿称逢有虚増钱数七万馀缗」。诏汲逢先勒停，令开封府遣人押送秦州制院，孝博于陕西路选差狱官，与卫尉寺丞、知三泉县庄黄裳同鞫之，因徙孝博提举秦鳯等路常平，仍令提举催促本路州军诸处官司应干市易本息借与人戸见欠钱物。 河东路经畧司准中书送下权同管勾河东縁邉安抚司王崇拯言：「丰州永安、保宁三寨地，昨与西界首领商量分定，以沙阿为界，委官标量，合耕地三十顷有畸，乞下本司更令按视，募弓箭手耕治，本司今欲依崇拯奏施行」。从之。 韩存寳言：罗、胡茍姓作过夷贼，系八母姓，共五十六村，除已讨杀，及投降外，有四十七村、内四十二村，累次各以铜皷、器甲、水牛等衔草，乞命投降，及献逐村地土嵗认租税，尚有斗忙个斗等五村未降，据招安将杨方简等，称各携其家人逺遁，今见官军在纳溪寨，实惊惧，未敢出汉，今且以降夷村分头领、强壮老小人口山坡水㽪地土，逐年认纳租税，仍各令打誓归业，依旧住坐讫」。诏：「请降夷人旧来纳税租者，聴量纳，其已纳者，止依旧额。 |
