63  | 限正月内，江西、浙江限二月内，其不过淮之山东、河南二省，限正月尽数开行，如有司无粮，军卫，船不齐备，以致过淮违悞，督抚粮道监兑官，计违限一月至三月以上者，各降罸有差。如兑粮及期，领运等官沿途违悞者，计违限十日至一月，责革有差。经徵州县卫所等官船到无米，有米无船，过十二日至二月者，各降罚有差。漕督通漕有催䟎之责，过淮以后，河督亦有催䟎之责，如过淮及期而到，通迟悞者，河漕二督及沿河镇道将领、州县等官，亦照督抚粮道监兑官例议处。至康熈五十一年，増定违限一、二月者，如旧例行。违限二月以上或七十日者，督抚降一级，戴罪督催粮道监兑，官降二级调用。八，九十日者，督抚降一级留任，粮道监兑官，降二级调用。至雍正十三年，题准山东临清牐内之船，照定例行，其牐外之船，限次年二月兑开。乾隆九年，又题准江南松江府漕船必由莼柳淀山等湖，湖南经涉洞庭，江西必由鄱阳，各帮船于过淮，原限外寛限十日。 |
