87  | 弘治十六年七月，辽府奉国将军恩铋奏：「祖贵爕系辽简王第三子先蒙?封为远安王后，因简王薨逝，府地相去千有馀里，一时报讣，不及有失奔丧因而革爵，系远安王嫡长孙男，乞要比照长阳等王事例，复袭祖爵，该本部查得。弘治六年八月辽王奏称：奉国将军恩铋乞要比照长阳等王事例，袭封祖爵。该本部议得贵爕降为庶人，病故年远，比与长阳等王事体不同。题奉孝宗皇帝圣旨，恩铋祖爵，既降革，年远了罢。钦此又照得恩铋与辽王一城俱住，不合差人违例径奏，欲将差来校尉王原送法司问罪等，因奉孝宗皇帝圣旨，恩铋写敕切责。王原罢。钦此。 |
| 90 | 正德四年，该本部议得各王府郡王而下，缘事降革以后所生子孙，例为庶人。其觐鐰、成、凿、锺录、锺铗、锺鋡等事例，盖因其父祖所犯颇轻，故推罪疑惟轻之典，著兴???继绝之仁，虽一时之特恩，亦亲亲之公义。至如贵爕、奇涧等犯，该悖违惨酷、杀人等罪，法难轻贷，故恩铋等所请特加严谴。今后但有缘事革爵子孙，不许比照觐鐰等事例，夤缘奏乞再照天下王府宗支繁衍，中间多有为事，降为庶人，或仍留本府，或看守祖陵或发遣别府及凤阳高墙居住者，多从法司及在外镇巡等官各径自奏请定夺。及其乞恩请封等项，本部无所凭据。故如先年济熿所犯，终无查考，合无行移刑部、都察院及在外镇巡等官，今后但有乾系宗室奏请降革等项者，务要备开所犯，缘由行移本部知会，永为定例，庶无朦胧影射之弊矣。奉武宗皇帝圣旨是钦此。 |
