53  | 二年九月，礼部员外郎陈旸上所撰《乐书》二百卷，命礼部尚书何执中看详，以谓旸欲考定音律，以正中声，愿送讲议司，令知音律者参验行之。旸之论曰：「汉津论乐，用京房二变、四清。盖五声十二律，乐之正也；二变、四清，乐之蠹也。二变以变宫为君，四清以黄钟清为君。事以时作，固可变也，而君不可变；太簇、大吕、夹钟，或可分也，而黄钟不可分。岂古人所谓尊无二上之旨哉？」壬辰，诏曰：「朕惟隆礼作乐，实治内修外之先务，损益述作，其敢后乎？其令讲议司官详求历代礼乐沿革，酌古今之宜，修为典训，以贻永世，致安上治民之至德，著移风易俗之美化，乃称朕咨诹之意焉。」 |
