31  | 伍拉纳治尚严，疏劾金门镇总兵罗英笈巡洋兵船遇盗不以实报，英笈坐谴；又论邵武营守备馀朝武等侵饷，营吏黄国材等冒饷，黄岩右营守备叶起发属兵遇盗不以实报，外委陈学明避盗伪为被创，营兵柯大斌诬告营官，皆傅重比。五十七年，同安民陈苏老、晋江民陈滋等为乱，设靝氛会。「氛」字妄造，以代「天地」。伍拉纳率按察使戚蓼生赴泉州捕得苏老等，诛一百五十八人，戍六十九人。五十九年，义乌民何世来，宣平民王元、楼德新等为乱，立邪教。伍拉纳率按察使钱受椿赴金华。浙江巡抚吉庆已捕诛世来、德新，伍拉纳覆谳诸胁从，复诛鲍茂山、吴阿成等，还福建至浦城，捕得元，诛之。 |
