1  | 观易之象，雷电皆至，丰，而曰「君子以折狱致刑」；山下有火，贲，而曰「君子以明庶政，无敢折狱」。盖狱者民之命，折狱者贵乎明，而尤不敢轻用其明。龟鉴有书，所以推广其明，而示人以谨重之意也。宜春郡斋旧有折狱龟鉴，岁久，字画漫漶，览者病之。馀叨守既数月，狱讼简清，公暇出箧中所藏一编参订，遴匠重刊，俾览者充拓闻见，如龟决疑，如鉴烛物，是亦惟良折狱之一助云。景定辛酉四月上浣天台赵时槖谨书。 |
