66  | 十一年，拜黄门侍郎。其年，山东旱俭，朝议选朝臣为刺史以抚贫民，制曰：「昔咎繇与禹言曰：『在知人，在安人。』此皆念存邦本，光于帝载，乾乾夕惕，无忘一日。而长吏或不称，苍生或未宁，深思循良，以矫过弊，仍重诸侯之选，故自朝廷始之。」于是以丘为怀州刺史，又以中书侍郎崔沔等数人皆为山东诸州刺史。至任，皆无可称，唯丘在职清严，人吏甚畏慕之。俄又分知吏部选事，入为尚书左丞，丁父忧去职，服阕，拜右散骑常侍，仍知制诰。 |
