哲宗立皇后孟氏制：正家者，义之先，大昏者礼之本。朕继体持盈，侧身思永，太母以万世为心，命䖍宗事大臣以两极陈义，请建坤仪，载蠲吉日敷告大庭，故侍卫亲军马军都虞候、睂州防御使、赠太尉孟元孙女，幽闲专静，雅应柔则，天作之合，人谋协从，可立为皇后。理宗改赐岳飞諡忠武诏主尔忘身，兹谓人臣之大节，諡以表行，必稽天下之公言，申锡赞书，追告幽穸，故太师追封鄂王，諡武穆岳飞，威名震于华夏，智畧根乎诗书，结髪从戎，前无坚敌，枕戈厉志，誓清中原，谓恢复之义为必伸，谓忠愤之气为难遏，上心密契，诏札具存，夫何𣙜臣力主，和议未究，凌烟之伟绩，先罹偃月之阴谋，李将军口不出辞，闻者流涕，蔺相如身虽已死，凛然犹生，宜高皇眷念之不忘，肆孝庙矜哀之备，至亟还故官而礼葬，颁赐庙号以旌褒，建于先帝之时，䘰以真王之爵，既辨诬于累圣，可无憾于九京，然而易名之典虽存，议礼之书未一，始为忠愍之号，旋更武穆之称，朕获覩中兴之旧章，灼知皇祖之本意，爰取危身奉上之实，仍采克定祸乱之文，合此两言，节其一意，昔孔明之志兴汉室，若子仪之光复唐都，虽计效以或殊，在秉心而弗异，垂之典册，何嫌今古之同符，赖及子孙，将与山河而并乆，英灵如在，茂渥共承，可依前故太师追封鄂王，特与赐諡忠武，奉勅礲石。牒到奉行。
