148  | 火逆下之因烧针烦躁属桂枝甘草龙车牡蛎汤太阳病脉浮而动数浮则为风数则为热动则为痛数则为虚头痛发热㣲盗汗出而反𢙣寒其表未觧医反下之动数则遟头痛即眩一云膈内拒痛胃中空虚客气动膈短气躁烦心中懊憹阳气内䧟心下因坚则为结𦙄属大䧟𦙄汤若不结𦙄但头汗出其馀无有斉颈而还小便不利身必发黄伤寒五六日呕而发热柴胡汤证具而以佗药下之柴胡证仍在复与柴胡汤此虽以下不为逆也必蒸蒸而振却发热汗出而觧●心下满而坚痛者此为结𦙄属大䧟𦙄汤●但满而不痛者此为痞柴胡复不中与也属半夏㵼心汤夲以下之故心下痞与之泻心其痞不觧其人渇而口燥小便不利者属五苓散一方言忍之一日乃愈伤寒中风医及下之其人下利日数十行榖不化腹中雷鸣心下痞坚而满乾呕而烦不能得安医见心下痞为病不尽复重下之其痞益甚此非结热但胃中虚客气上逆故使之坚属甘草泻心汤 |
