56  | ○命司设监太监刘允往乌思藏赍送番供等物时左右近幸言西域胡僧有能知三生者土人谓之活佛遂传旨查永乐宣德间邓成侯显奉使例遣允乘传往迎之以珠琲为譒幢黄金为七供赐法王金印袈裟及其徒馈赐以钜万计内库黄金为之一匮敕允往返以十年为期得便宜行事又所经络带盐茶之利亦数十万计允未铨导行相续已至临清运船为之阻截入峡江舟大难进易以＜娭蹆冢荆缉娭猛梗鞠嗔二百馀里至城都有司先期除新馆督造旬日而成日支官廪百石蔬菜银亦百两锦官驿不足傍取近城数十驿供之又治入番物料估直银二十万镇巡争之减为十三万取百工杂造遍于公署日夜不休居岁馀始行率四川指挥千户十人甲仕千人俱西逾两月至期地番僧号佛子者恐中国诱害之不肯出允部下人皆怒欲胁以威番人夜袭之夺其宝货器械以去军职死者二人士卒数百人伤者半之允乘良马疾走仅免复至成都仍戒其部下讳言丧败事空函驰奏乞归时 上已登遐矣庚戌 |
