11  | 嘉庆二年，罢水师冬令凫水习艺，以恤兵艰。四年，令水营兵丁一律兼习陆战。又令新疆屯田之兵，每营分半屯种，馀悉回营操练。令各省督抚，修理营汛墩台。督操将、备，加力振奋。九年，令各统兵官习射以六力弓为度，习枪以迅速命中为度，申明教诫，力挽积习，不得养尊处优。十一年，令德楞泰等兵丁，以十成之一兼习长矛，其制不得逾丈。 |
