1  | 杭州城内外，户口浩繁，州府广阔，遇坊巷桥门及隐僻去处，俱有铺席买卖。盖人家每日不可阙者，柴米油盐酱醋茶。或稍丰厚者，下饭羹汤，尤不可无。虽贫下之人，亦不可免。盖杭城人娇细故也。姑以鱼鲞言之，此物产于温、台、四明等郡，城南浑水闸，有团招客旅，鲞鱼聚集于此。城内外鲞铺，不下一二百馀家，皆就此上行合摭。鱼鲞名件具载于后：郎君鲞、石首鲞、望春、春皮、片鳓、鳓鲞、䲄鲞、鰙鲞、鳗条、𦣏鲞、带鲞、短鲞、黄鱼鲞、鲭鱼鲞、𩻚鲞、老鸦鱼鲞、海里羊。更有海味，如酒江瑶、酒香螺、酒蛎、酒䗯龟脚、瓦螺头、酒垄子、酒鱦鲞、酱𧍧蛎、锁官𧍧、小丁头鱼、紫鱼、鱼膘、蚶子、鲭子、魧子、海水团、望潮、卤虾、𧍧鲚鲞、红鱼、明脯、鰙乾、比目、蛤蜊、酱蜜丁、车螯、江䘂、蚕䘂、鳔肠等类。铺中亦兼卖大鱼鮓、鲟鱼鮓、银鱼鮓、饭鮓、蟹鮓、淮鱼干、蟛蚏、盐鸭子、煎鸭子、煎鲚鱼、冻耍鱼、冻鱼、冻鲞、炙鯾、炙鱼、粉鳅、炙鳗、蒸鱼、炒白虾。又有盘街叫卖，以便小街狭巷主顾，尤为快便耳。 |
