《卷七百四十一》
6  | 当府岐山县凤栖乡周公祠，旧有泉水，枯竭多年。去冬十一月十七日，忽因大风，其泉五处一时涌出，深一尺已来，又有七处见出。臣差府参军郭镑专就泉所检验得状。谨具泉水面方圆深浅分寸。五处大泉水面各方圆四尺已下，各深一尺已来。七处小泉水面各方圆一尺已下，各深三寸已来。右。臣得县镇状报，有此灵泉，差官勘覆，事皆诣实。询诸故老，博访里闾，咸称此泉出必时泰岁丰者。臣伏以周公圣人，爰正礼乐，勤劳周室，克佐成王。载在《诗》《书》，扬于《风》《雅》。宜乎神用不测，泽流无穷。伏惟陛下叶德坤乾，侔功造化，节宣四序，绥怀万方。由是地理呈祥，灵泉感应，名标上善，运属和平。不然，何已涸之泉，因风复有。此盖彰于圣德，发自神功，事出寻常，义高图怼Ｆ裉叵之不浊，乃鉴媸妍；积以成川，方劳舟楫也。臣才非周、召，时偶成、康，荷恩渥而莫效涓尘，睹休徵而空增喜跃。谨具奏闻，伏请付史官，以光典册。无任欢贺悃款之至。具图一面，谨随状奏进。谨录奏闻。谨奏。 |
