《第六卷》
16  | 七月十六日，太皇太后生辰，上节名曰坤成。有司检讨故事，北朝当遣使人。乾兴元年，章献太后垂帘，各遣生辰使人，亦曾致书。嘉佑二年，虏母听政，真宗之妻，于仁宗皇帝为弟妇，即难通问。是时，每遣国信使，即致书洪基云：请侍次闻达。其回书亦洪基传达母后之辞。使者到彼国，即洪基殿通书母后殿，传达遣使之语，及致礼物，当时以谓得礼。今洪基，英宗皇帝之弟也。于太皇太后亦难通问。朝廷方采用嘉佑故事，无以易焉。 |
