5  | 二月初二日，专摺奏谢年终恩赏。又奏直隶清理积狱，旧案陆续完竣，新案办理就绪。计审结并注销之案四万一千馀起，多年尘牍，为之一清，请将勤奋之员酌予奖励。又奏州县留支银两，请免提解四成，俾地方官有办公之资，以为振兴吏治之助。又奏直隶州县应付兵差款项，酌议报销。二十一日，专摺奏谢京察从优议叙恩。又奏湘、淮各军剿捻军需第一案报销。附片报洋枪洋炮教练勇粮款目，附案请销。又具摺奏提督刘松山宣力最久，忠勇迈伦，力攻回寨，受伤殒命，谨胪陈事迹，请宣付史馆，并于本籍建立专祠。 |
