14  | 十一月己亥，太祖御奉天门视朝毕，顾谓翰林待制吴沉曰：「人主治天下，进贤纳谏，二者甚切要事也。」沉对曰：「诚如圣谕。但求之于古，能行者亦鲜。是以乱日常多，治日常少。」太祖曰：「使其真知贤者能兴其国，何有不好？真知谏者在于患己，何有不纳？唯其知之不真，是以于己难入。若诚能好贤，则不待招徕，而贤者自至；诚能纳谏，则不待旌赏，而谏者必来。」沉对曰：「陛下此言，诚国家兴治之要。」 |
