14  | 五月丁巳，以李守道、詹同为吏部尚书。谕之曰：「吏部者，衡鉴之司。鉴明，则物之妍媸无所遁。衡平，则物之轻重得其当。盖政事之得失在庶官，任官之贤否由吏部。任得其人，则政理民安。任非其人，则瘝官旷职。卿等居持衡秉鉴之任，宜在公平，以辨别贤否。毋但庸庸碌碌，充位而已。」 |
