建隆元年春正月乙巳，诏改元，大赦天下，国号大宋。己酉，命官分告天地、社稷，遣中使乘传赍诏谕天下。丁巳，祀周庙，因诏有司以时朝拜祭享，令有司议立宗庙。己巳，议立四庙。镇州言太原、契丹军皆遁。二月乙亥，尊帝母南阳郡太夫人杜氏曰皇太后。以周宰相范质兼侍中，王溥、魏仁浦仍同中书门下平章事。枢密使吴廷祚同中书门下二品。己卯，以吴越国王钱俶为天下兵马大元帅。三月壬戍，有司上皇髙祖文安府君諡曰文献皇帝，庙号僖祖。皇髙祖妣崔氏諡曰文懿皇后，陵曰钦陵。皇曾祖中丞府君諡曰惠元皇帝，庙号顺祖。皇曾祖妣桑氏諡曰惠明皇后，陵曰康陵。皇祖骁衞府君諡曰简恭皇帝，庙号翼祖。皇祖妣京兆郡夫人刘氏諡曰简穆皇后，陵曰定陵。皇考武清府君諡曰昭武皇帝，庙号宣祖，陵曰安陵。有司言国家受周禅，周木德木生火，当以火德王，色尚赤，腊用戌。夏四月，昭义军节度使李筠叛，命石守信、髙怀德率师讨之。五月己亥朔，日有食之。癸卯，石守信败李筠于长平。丙午，周六庙成。丁巳，诏亲征。削夺李筠官爵，吴廷祚为东京留守，皇弟为大内都㸃检。己未，发京师。甲子，石守信、髙怀德破李筠三万衆于泽州南。六月辛巳，皇帝命衞士攻拔泽州，李筠伏诛。乙酉，北伐潞州。丁亥，筠子守节降，泽潞平。辛卯，赦天下。丁酉，班师。秋七月戊申，皇帝至自泽、潞。八月戊辰朔，入閤。甲申，立琅邪郡夫人王氏为皇后，赵普枢密副使。九月丙午，册四亲庙。戊申，荆南髙保融卒。淮南节度使李重进叛，命王审琦、李处耘、宋廷渥率师讨之，削夺李重进官爵。冬十月丁亥，诏亲征皇弟为大内都㸃检，吴廷祚为东京留守。庚寅，发京师。丁未，次●州，即日拔其城，李重进伏诛，扬州平。十二月己巳，班师。丁亥，皇帝至自扬州，泉州留从效称藩。
