7  | 二年春正月辛巳，诏曰：「箕子之陈八政，食为之首，夷吾之述四民，农居其一。今土膏将起，勾萌毕达，平秩东作，乃其时也。诸州长吏等所宜敦率劝课，俾民力耕。谨视游墯，勿令废业，厚生务本，副予意焉」大雨雪，震雹。戊子，范质、王溥、魏仁浦罢。赵普同中书门下平章事，李崇矩枢密使。壬辰，诏曰：「先代置贤良方正、能直言极諌、经学优深可为师法、详闲吏理、达于敎化三科。自今不限内外职官，前资见任黄衣布衣，并许诣阙进状，朕当亲试焉」。己亥，王仁赡枢密副使。二月，浚闵河。夏四月乙卯，葬宣祖皇帝、昭宪皇后于安陵，孝明、孝惠二后祔。乙丑，薛居正、吕馀庆并参知政事。秋七月辛卯，令翰林学士承㫖陶榖等四十三人各举任藩鎭通判者各一人。冬十月甲戌，诏以王全斌、崔彦进、王仁赡、刘光毅、曹彬分路伐蜀。十二月，王全斌克兴州，与蜀军战于三泉，败之。三年春正月，刘光毅克夔州，王全斌克利州。己丑，克劒州。刘光毅克万施、开忠四州，乗胜至遂州。甲午，王全斌之师至魏城，蜀主孟昶降。丙午，赦蜀，得州四十六、县二百四。十二月癸卯，命吕馀庆知成都府。王全斌杀蜀，降兵二万人。于是两川盗贼羣起，诏所在讨之。夏五月，孟昶至京师。戊子，赦天下。六月甲辰，以孟昶为中书令，封秦国公。庚戍，昶卒。冬十一月，契丹侵易州。 |
