齐州济南郡，上。本齐郡，天宝元年更名临淄，五载又更名。土贡：丝、葛、绢、绵、防风、滑石、云母。户六万二千四百八十五，口三十六万五千九百七十二。县六：历城，上。有华不注山；有铁。章丘，上。武德二年，县民李义满以县来降，于平陵置谭州，并置平陵县，以章丘、亭山、营城、临邑隶之。八年省营城入平陵，又领临济、邹平。贞观元年州废，以平城、亭山、章丘、临邑、临济来属，邹平隶淄州。十七年，齐王佑反，平陵人不从，因更名全节。元和十五年省全节入历城，省亭山入章丘。有大胡山、长白山。临邑，上。元和十三年析德州之安德置归化县，隶德州。大和二年来属，四年省入临邑。北有鹿角故关。临济，上。武德元年以临济、邹平、长山、高苑，沧州之蒲台置邹州。八年州废，以长山、高苑、蒲台隶淄州。长清，中。本隶济州，贞观十七年来属。武德元年析置山荏县，天宝元年曰丰齐，元和十年省。有牛山。西南有四口关，武德中废。禹城。上。本祝阿，贞观元年省源阳县入焉。天宝元年更名。
