10  | 纵臾《史记．衡山王传》：「日夜从容王密谋反事。」《汉书》传云：「日夜纵臾王谋反事。」如淳曰：「臾读曰勇，纵臾，犹言勉强也。」颜师古曰：「纵，音子勇反。纵臾，谓奖劝也。」扬雄《方言》云：「食阎、怂慂，音与上同。劝也。南楚凡己不欲喜，而旁人说之，不欲怒，而旁人怒之，谓之食阎，亦谓之怂慂。」今《礼部韵略》收入，《汉》注皆不引用。 |
