韩士英南充人进士。嘉靖间，芒部乱，英以副使兵偹毕，节筑月城，凿池引城外，水便汲，又建周泥站城卫民，旋擢本省按察使。杨　最字殿之，射洪人，嘉靖十五年，按察使刚果敢为㢘明执法，人莫敢干以私。厯官太仆寺卿，时有㫖谕辅臣欲命东宫摄国一二年，最䟽谏云：「圣谕及此，不过信方士为调摄，计黄白之术，金丹之药皆可以斵䘮元气，惟不迩声色，保复元阳仙夀，不求自至，䟽入大怒，逮讯死狱中。隆庆元年，赠右副都御史，諡忠节，荫一子。胡尧时字子中，泰和人，进士，嘉靖中为贵州按察使。尝师事王守仁，谓职任刑名，宜先教化，以躬行为人士，倡修阳明书院，凡守仁著作在贵阳者，𢘤刋行之。陈　尧，字敬甫，南通州人，嘉靖乙未进士，三十五年，为贵州按察使，治崇大体，恤民𨼆，㑹采木，命下，尧持议不宜罢荒服，有㫖徵丹砂若干筋台使者，檄徵之，尧持不下，时有先输者，台使诧尧曰：「夜郎丹砂赤如血，佳哉？」尧曰：「此百姓血也，安得不赤？」一座愕然，所徵砂竟寝不报。厯官刑部侍郎。冯成能慈溪人，嘉靖乙未进士，隆庆三年为贵州按察使，至则与郡人马廷锡等讲学建阳明书院，而为之记覩。万士和义仓慨然慕之，于是以粟易金，益以己俸置田，每秋成，积贮贷还，一如万之旧，而田遂为永利。
