45  | 二月丙申，蒙阳甸蛮酋缅吉遣其弟阿不刺等来献方物，以其地立通西军民总管府。戊午，罗罗斯蛮酋来朝。己未，改福建行省为福建平海等处行中书省，徙治泉州。封的立普哇拿阿迪提牙为缅国王。庚申，行徵政院副使王庆端为中书右丞。改元贞三年为大德元年，赦天下，免上都、隆兴差税三年，诏曰：朕荷天地之洪禧，承祖宗之丕祚，仰进成宪，庶务和平。比者，药木忽儿、兀鲁速不花、朵儿朵怀等去逆效顺，率众来附。毕会宗亲，释其罪戾。适星芒之垂象，岂天意之儆予。宜推一视之仁，诞布更新之化。可改元贞三年为大德元年。 |
