23  | 九月壬寅，诸王穆哥自合州遣使，以宪宗凶问告，且请北归。帝曰：「吾奉命南征，岂可无功而返。」甲辰，登香炉山，俯大江，江北为阳逻堡，其南岸曰许黄洲，宋人严兵守之，列战船江中，军容甚盛。董文炳率死士鼓掉疾趋，诸将分三道继之，宋兵败遁。文炳麾众登南岸，使其弟文用轻舟报捷。帝问战胜状，因举鞭仰指曰：「天也。」丁未，帝济江，驻许黄洲。己酉，次鄂州。庚戌，围城。帝谓张柔曰：「吾犹猎者，不能禽圈中豕野猎以供汝食，汝破圈取之可也。」柔作鹅车洞火其城，别遣勇士先登，城垂克。会宋将高达来援，引兵入，复坚守不下。 |
