32  | 五月辛未朔，中书右丞廉希宪、参知政事脱博忽鲁秃花行中书省于江陵府。丁丑，阿木立木栅于杨子桥，断淮东粮道。庚辰，谕参知政事高达曰：「昔我国家出征，所获城邑即委而去之，未尝置兵戍守，以此连年征伐不息。夫争国家者，收其土地、人民而已。得土地而无人民，其谁与居。今欲保守新附城邑，使百姓安业，蒙古人未之知也。尔熟知其事，宜加勉旃。「辛巳，宋知辰州吕文兴、知沅州文用圭、知靖州康玉、知房州李鉴等皆以城降。荆南湖北路得府三、州十一、军四、县五十七，户八十万三千四百一十五，口一百一十四万三千八百六十。丁亥，召伯颜赴阙，蒙古万户阿剌罕权行中书省事。庚寅，宋镇抚使吕文福降。壬辰，宋都统制刘师勇复陷常州。 |
