42  | 乙未，平原李德逸聚众数万，称阿舅贼，劫掠山东。灵武白榆妄称奴贼，劫掠牧马；北连突厥，陇右多被其患。遣将军范贵讨之，连年不能克。戊戌，大赦。己亥，遣代王侑、刑部尚书卫玄镇京师。辛丑，以右骁卫将军李浑为右骁卫大将军。二月己未，济北人韩进洛聚众数万为群盗。壬午，复宇文述等官爵，又徵兵讨高丽。三月丙子，济北人孟海公起兵为盗，众至数万。丁丑，发丁男十万城大兴。戊寅，幸辽东。以越王侗、工部尚书樊子盖镇东都。庚子，北海人郭方预聚徒为贼，自号卢公，众至三万，攻陷郡城，大掠而去。夏四月庚午，车驾度辽。壬申，遣宇文述、杨义臣趣平壤城。五月丁丑，荧惑入南斗。己卯，济北人甄宝车聚众万馀，寇掠城邑。 |
