31  | 七年春正月壬寅，左武卫大将军、光禄大夫、真定侯郭衍卒。二月己未，上升钓台，临杨子津，大宴百僚，颁赐各有差。庚申，百济遣使朝贡。乙亥，上自江都御龙舟入通济渠，遂幸于涿郡。壬午，诏曰：「武有七德，先之以安民；政有六本，兴之以教义。高丽亏失籓礼，将欲问罪辽左，恢宣胜略。虽怀伐国，仍事省力。今往涿郡，巡抚民俗。其河北诸郡及山西、山东年九十已上，版授太守；八十者，授县令。三月丁亥，右光禄大夫、左屯卫大将军姚辩卒。夏四月庚午，幸涿郡之临朔宫。五月戊子，以武威太守樊子盖为民部尚书。秋，大水，山东、河南漂没三十馀郡，民相卖为奴婢。冬十月乙卯，底柱山崩，偃水逆流数十里。戊午，以东平太守吐万绪为左屯卫大将军。十二月己酉，突厥处罗多利可汗来朝，帝大悦，接以殊礼。 |
