17  | 庶知为君之难，为臣不易，贻之后昆，殷鉴斯在。」六月丙午，以大将军辛威为柱国。秋七月戊寅，筑武功、郿、斜谷、武都、留谷、津坑诸城，以置军人。壬午，诏诸胄子入学，但束修于师，不劳释奠。释奠者，学成之祭。自今即为恒式。八月己未，诏诸有三年之丧，或负土成坟，或寝苫骨立，一志一行，可称扬者，本部官司，随事上言。当加吊勉，以励薄俗。九月乙亥，信州蛮反，诏开府陆腾讨平之。 |
