39  | 二月壬辰朔，日有蚀之。丁酉，纪公康、毕公贤、酆公贞、宋公实、汉公赞、秦公贽、曹公允并进爵为王。丙午，令六府各举贤良清正之士。癸丑，柱国、许公宇文善有罪免。丙辰，大赦。三月癸酉，皇太后叱奴氏崩。帝居倚庐，朝夕共一溢米，群臣表请，累旬乃止。诏皇太子贇总庶政。夏四月乙卯，齐人来吊賵会葬。丁巳，有星孛于东井。五月庚申，葬文宣后于永固陵，帝袒跣至陵所。辛酉，诏曰：「齐斩之情，经籍彝训，近代沿革，遂亡斯礼。伏奉遗令，既葬便除；攀慕几筵，情实未忍。三年之丧，达于天子，古今无易之道，王者之所常行。但时有未谐，不得全制；军国务重，庶有听朝。衰麻之节，苫庐之礼，率遵前典，以申罔极。百僚以下，宜遵遗令。」公卿上表固请俯就权制，过葬即吉。帝不许，引古答之。群臣乃止。 |
