91  | 四年春三月乙未，赐京师人年七十以上太官厨食，以终其年。皇子胡仁薨，追封乐陵王。夏四月癸亥，上幸西苑，亲射猛兽三头。五月壬辰，侍中、渔阳王尉眷薨。壬寅，行幸阴山。秋七月壬午，诏曰：「朕每岁闲月，命群臣讲武。所幸之处，必立宫坛。糜费之功，劳损非一，宜仍旧费，何必改作也。」八月丙寅，遂田于河西。九月辛巳，车驾还宫。冬十月，以定、相二州陨霜伤稼，免其田租。诏员外散骑常侍游明根使于宋。十二月辛丑，诏以丧葬嫁娶，大礼未备，命有司为之条格，使贵贱有章，上下咸序，著之于今。壬寅，诏曰：「婚姻者，人道之始。比者以来，贵族之门多不率法，或贪利财赂，或因缘私好，在于茍合，无所择选。尘秽清化，亏损人伦，将何以宣示典谟，垂之来裔。今制皇族师傅王公侯伯及士庶之家，不得与百工伎巧卑姓为婚，犯者加罪。」 |
