66  | 癸丑，诏介山之邑，听为寒食，自馀禁断。三月丙寅，宴群臣及国老、庶老于华林园。诏国老黄耇以上，假中散大夫、郡守。耋年以上，假给事中、县令。庶老直假郡县。各赐鸠杖衣裳。丁丑，诏诸州中正各举其乡人望，年五十已上，守素衡门者，授以令长。夏五月丙子，诏敦劝农功，令畿内严加课督。堕业者申以楚挞，力田者具以名闻。丙戌，初营方泽于河阴。遣使以太牢祭汉光武及明、章三帝陵。又诏汉、魏、晋诸帝陵各禁方百步不得樵苏践藉。丁亥，祀方泽。秋七月，废皇后冯氏。戊寅，帝以久旱，咸秩群神。自癸未不食至于乙酉。是夜，澍雨大洽。八月壬辰朔，幸华林园，亲录囚徒，咸降本罪二等决遣之。丁巳，南安王桢薨。幸华林园听讼。 |
