《卷三魏本纪第三》
29  | 九年春正月戊寅，诏禁图谶秘纬及名《孔子闭房记》，留者以大辟论。又诸巫觋假称神鬼，妄说吉凶，及委巷诸非坟典所裁者，严加禁断。癸未，大飨群臣于太华殿，班赐皇诰。二月己亥，制皇子封王者、皇孙皇曾孙绍封者、皇女封者，岁禄各有差。封广阳王建第二子嘉为广阳王。乙巳，诏百辟卿士工商吏人各上书极谏，靡有所隐。三月丙申，封皇弟禧为咸阳王，乾为河南王，羽为广陵王，雍为颍川王，勰为始平王，详为北海王。夏五月，齐人来聘。秋七月丙午朔，新作诸门。癸未，遣使拜宕昌王梁弥机兄子弥承为宕昌王。八月庚申，诏曰：「数州灾水，饥馑荐臻，致有卖鬻男女者。天谴在予一人，百姓横罹艰毒。今自太和六年已来，买定、冀、幽、相四州饥人良口者，尽还所亲。虽娉为妻妾，遇之非理，情不乐者，亦离之。」 |
